Steps

Wash rice and set aside; wash onions, pepper and ginger blend till the paste is roughly blended set aside; pluck the scent leaf, wash and diced then set aside

Wash fish place in a pot, add all the blended pepper, salt to taste, knorr cube, canola oil, crayfish and then add water enough to cook the rice

Add the washed rice into the pot and stir everything together and cover the pot with the pot lid and allow it cook once the water is all dried up and rice is tender
- 4
Add the diced scent leaf and stir everything together and remove from heat immediately and serve while it’s hot.
