Ingredients

  1. 1से 2 लोगों के लिए
  2. समय -15 -30 मिनट
  3. मिल टाइप - वेज, लंच, डिनर,
  4. आवश्यक सामग्री
  5. गटटे के लिए
  6. एक कप बेसन
  7. आधा कप दही
  8. एक छोटा चम्मच धनिया पाउडर
  9. एक छोटा चम्मच लाल मिर्च पाउडर
  10. एक छोटा चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर
  11. एक छोटा चम्मच अजवाइन
  12. एक छोटा चम्मच तेल
  13. गेवी के लिए
  14. एक प्याज (टुकडो मे कटा हुआ)
  15. एक चौथाई कप टमाटर प्यूरी
  16. एक चम्मच लहसुन अदरक पेस्ट
  17. एक चम्मच धनिया पाउडर
  18. एक चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर
  19. एक छोटा चम्मच जीरा
  20. चुटकी भर हींग
  21. नमक
  22. सजावट के लिए हरा धनिया

Steps

    विधि =सबसे पहले बेसन को छान ले | इसमे धनिया पावडर, लाल मिर्च पाउडर,हल्दी पाउडर आजवाइन, नमक मिलाए |अब बेसन में तेल और दही डालकर नरम गुंद लेंं अब गूंदे हुए बेसन की छोटी छोटी लोइ वनाये और लम्बा करके रोल्स वना ले | अब धीमी आंच पे एक वरतन मे पानी गरम करे ओर रोल्स को उसमे डाल दे और 10मिनिट मध्यम आंच पर पकाये|फिर आंच बन्द कर दे और रोल्स को निकाल कर आधा इंच टुकडो मे काट ले |

    मध्यम आंच पे कढाही गरम करे और उसमे तेल गरम करे फिर उसमे जीरा डालकर तड़का लगाये उसके बाद लहसुन और अदरक का पेस्ट डाले और मसाला भुने फिर उसमे हल्दी धनिया लाल मिर्च पाउडर नमक डालकर चलाये और टमाटर की प्यूरी डालकर तब तक चलाये जब तक तेल अलग ना होने लगे. अब उसमे पहले से तैयार गटटे डाले और 6-7 मिनिट मधयम आंच पे पकने दे|गेवी गाढी होने पर आंच बन्द कर दे|

    उसके बाद हरा धनिया डाल कर गरमागरम परोसा | इसे आप चावल या रोटी के साथ परोसे 😊
