Ingredients

  1. 10-12- Idli
  2. 1/4 cup- Tomato Sauce
  3. 1/2 cup- Grated Carrot
  4. 1/2 cup- Green Onion(Chopped)
  5. 1/2 cup- Beans (Chopped)
  6. 1/4 cup- Corns
  7. 1 tbsp- Cumin Seed
  8. 1 tbsp- Mustard Seed
  9. 1 tbsp- Black Pepper Powder
  10. 1 tbsp- Ginger Powder
  11. 7-8- Curry Leaves
  12. 1 tbsp- oil
  13. Salt as pet taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the idles

    Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seed, mustard seed, and curry leaves.

    Add chopped vegetables, and cook for 2-3 min.

    Add black pepper and ginger powder and salt.

    Add tomato sauce.mix it
