Steps

First we cut carrots in tiny cubes small shape

Boil green peas for 5 minutes keep aside.

Heat pan for tadka put oil add mustard seeds and methi seeds and hing.

Mix carrots cubs and green peas add dry masale and lemon juice

Add mix tadka when it cools down mix well
- 6
Store pickle in a clean jar and serve with paratha or Bhakri.
