Ingredients

  1. 2Chicken (Baby Chicken/Capon)
  2. Salt
  3. 1 tspGarlic Paste
  4. Lemon juice
  5. Sauce:
  6. 3 tspPaprika
  7. 1-2 tspChilli powder
  8. Salt (as required)
  9. 4 tbspButter
  10. 1 tbspCornflour (mix with 2-3 tbsp of Water)

Steps

  1. 1

    Apply the above marinade on chicken and let it stay for three hours.
    Deep fry the chicken one at time in big wok, to crispy brown. Keep on turning the chicken all sides should be done.
    On the other hand melt 3-4 tablespoon of butter when it's still on flame put paprika, chilli powder and cornflour mixture, mix well and remove from flame.
    When both chicken done pour poussin sauce and toss it well, all chicken should be well covered with sauce.

    NB: hotness of chilli depends hiw hot you eat.
