Semolina Halwa
Steps

In a pan heat 1 tsp of ghee and fry cashew first until it golden brown.

Fry raisins in the remaining ghee until it puffs up for less than 30 seconds.

In the same pan add ghee and semolina and fry the semolina till it's light golden brown colour and keep aside.

In the same pan add milk water and sugar and mix well.

Let it come to boiling stage add roasted semolina little by little and stir well.

Don't make lumps while adding.

Reduce the flame to low and let it cook for 10 minutes and it becomes thick.

Add cardamom powder Cashewnut and Raisins.

Serve hot immediately.
