Mix all ingredients in a bowl,the batter should be thick like pancake batter.

Brush your waffle maker with oil using brush,pour in your scooped batter and let it bake.

For the topping,pour the cold water to your whipp cream powder and mix using mixer for about 5 mints,add icing sugar,powdered milk,and whipp for about 2mints,lastly you add the flavor and the colour,mix and pipe on to the waffles and serve.

Your whipped cream should be this foamy and thick.

Pipe on to the waffle(bt when cool).

Its just like an ice cream topping on waffles.
