Boil ur intestine and fish with onion, maggi and salt. Once ur meat is cooked, remove the meat and set aside

Add water and palm oil to the meat stock on fire allow to boil then add ur ogbono to the boiling water on fire allow to Cook. Add okro, oziza leaf, pepper and crayfish, maggi and allow to cook check for salt and add if necessary.

Cook for few minutes add water if it is too thick and bring down. Serve with any swallow of choice.
