Ingredients

1 tablespoonolive oil
1 teaspoonminced garlic
1/2red bell pepper, chopped
1 cupCauliflower florets chopped
1 cupthinly sliced carrots
1/2 CupPaneer cubes
1 cupfresh peas
1/2 teaspoondried oregano
1/2 tspblack pepper
to tasteSalt
1 tbsplemon juice
1 tbspvinegar

Steps

Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.

Add vegetables,cook and stir until crisp-tender.

Stir in vinegar and spices mix well,cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.

Add Paneer cubes.

Add lemon juice before serving.
