Steps

Take a bowl. Add wheat flour and salt. Bind a soft dough and keep aside for 10 min. Knead again after 10 min.

Take a ball of dough. Roll it a bit thick. Apply some butter and sprinkle kalonji, chopped garlic and coriander leaves. Press them with light hands.

Now flip it and apply water on other side of the roti. Heat a griddle. Put water side on hot griddle. Cook for 1 min. Now flip griddle and cook other side direct on flame. Take out when cooked. Apply butter or ghee. Enjoy.
