Ingredients

  1. 1 cupButter/Margarine (250 gms)
  2. 1 cupSugar
  3. 5Eggs
  4. 1& 1/2 cupFlour
  5. 2 tspBaking powder
  6. 2 tspVanilla essence
  7. 1 tbspOil
  8. Topping:
  9. 1/4 cupPine apple juice
  10. 250 mlWhip cream
  11. 3 tbspIcing sugar
  12. 1 tspVanilla essence
  13. 1 std sized White chocolate bar

Steps

    Beat butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Add one egg at a time beating in between to form peaks. Add vanilla essence and oil. Sieve flour and baking powder in a separate bowl. Add 3 tbsp of flour mixture to the butter at a time while continuing to mix till you are done with all the flour. Pour batter into any shape greased mould and bake in a pre heated oven at 180°C till done. Let it cool a bit remove on ramekins and cut in half horizontally

    Topping: beat whip cream add vanilla essence and icing sugar and beat till peaks are formed

  3. 3

    On half cake sprinkle pine apple juice then spread whip cream. Can put thin slices of pine apple or cherries. Place the other half and apply remaining juice on top of the cake. Spread whip cream and pipe in florets of whip cream using piping bag. Sprinkle grated white chocolate. Can decorate using cherries or strawberries.
