Ingredients

  1. 1 3/4 cupshazelnut flour (200 grams)
  2. 1 cupsugar (200 grams)
  3. 1large egg
  4. 3/4 cupvegetable oil (165 grams)
  5. 2 1/4 cupsall-purpose flour (270 grams)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the hazelnut flour with the sugar.

    Add the egg and, once fully incorporated, add the vegetable oil. Gradually mix in the flour.

  3. 3

    Knead the dough until it becomes less sticky, then shape into balls about 3/4 inch (2 cm) in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 340°F (170°C) for about 20 minutes.

    Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool completely. Fill with Nutella as desired.

    Serve with a good cup of coffee.
