    Drain the pieces and apply the spices generously

    Deep the raw chicken pieces in milk for 30min

  3. 3

    Refrigerate for 30min(optional) for the chicken to absorb the flavours well

  4. 4

    Then deep then in the egg white and coat with flour and breadcrumbs
