Steps

Mix the wheat flour, sugar, salt and maize flour evenly.

Add a little water and make a dough depending on the thickness you prefer but not too thick After the dough is even add the yeast, mix it well and let it settle to ferment for an hour or so.

After the dough has raised you heat up your frying pan and brush it up with some vegetable oil

When its hot enough you spread the dough like how pancakes are spread, on the hot pan. when one part is golden brown turn it to the other side and do the same.

When its all ready you can serve it with beef stew, green grams or any kind of stew
