Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan add chopped ginger and garlic and fry it for few minutes then add chopped onion fry it when it turn golden brown.

Now add the chopped spinach and fry it for few minutes.

Now add the all spices powder and mix it properly.

When mix all the spices and spinach together then add the gram flour and fry it 2 minutes. Mix the kebabs mixture uniformly.

Shape into round patties and shallow or pan fry the kebabs till golden brown.

Serve Spinach Kebabs hot with chutney or sauce and enjoyyyyy ☺
