Beefstake Tomato (1.5-2 per person)
Balsamic vinegar (enough to cover tomatos)
olive oil (75% as much balsamic)
sugar (to taste)
italian herb blend (to taste)
salt (to taste)
garlic (to taste)
diced onion (to taste)
pepper (to taste)

Chunk up tomato into a bowl and cover with balsamic and olive oil

Stir in each other ingrediant to taste

Cover bowl and refridgerate for anywhere from 6 hours to 2 days.
(2 days is ideal).

Stir occasionally

After you allow tomatos to marinade remove, stir once more, and serve.
