Ingredients

  • 1 bowlAll purpose flour
  • 250 gmsPaneer
  • 1 "Ginger grated
  • Some Coriander leaves
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/4 tspCumin powder
  • 1/4 tspGaram masala
  • 1Green chilli
  • to tasteSalt
  • For fryingOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add flour mix cumin seeds,salt and make a dough

  2. 2

    Then take a another bowl put in paneer and onion add all ingredients and mix well

  3. 3

    Then take a bowl and fill in paneer stuffing,put on tawa and cook well both side

  4. 4

    Serve with curd,or chutney or sauce
