Ingredients

  • Halfmudu of fresh tigernut
  • Halfmudu of Date
  • 1big coconut

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the date for about 12hours, then remove the seed. break and cut the coconut into smaller pieces

  2. 2

    Blend the date, tigernut and coconut separately

  3. 3

    Sieve the tigernut and coconut and mix the 3 together

  4. 4

    Refrigerate to chill
