Cut wings in two then scrap all meat to one big end, as in you get a drumstick after you done with all, marinate them with marinade for three hours then freeze it til it's a bit hard.

Batter:
mix all with water to thick batter. Deep fry each lollilop dipping in batter til it's crispy.
remove on strainer then wrap it's bone with foil paper and serve with hot chutney.
