Put water in a pot, when its started boiling, wash your beans and put it inside. After like 15 minutes then you wash the rice and put.

When its ready, take it into food flask and set aside.

For making a stew, you need to have pepper, tomato, scotch bonnet, onion and seasonings.

You blend the cefane and set aside. Put cooking oil in a pot, when its hot, put the markade and close.

After about 20 minutes, put your seasonings and let it cook for about 30 minutes.

When the oil comes out, you put enough stock or a normal water and close.

If its okay, put it in a medium flask.

Wash all the vegies and cut.

Serve!
