1. Parboil and cook the rice. 2. Add the groundnut oil in a dry pot and set on heat. 3. Add chopped onions, fresh tomatoes and pepper.

4. Add the corned beef. 5. Add ginger, garlic. 6. Add cubes and salt to taste. 7. Add the beaten fresh eggs, allow to simmer a little. 8. Serve with the white rice.
