Ingredients

  • l cup chopped spring onions
  • 1small Potato cubed
  • 1/2brinjal cubed
  • 1small piece of pumpkin
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1 tspnigella seedsa
  • 2green chillies chopped
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

    Heat oil and fry the chopped spring onions and Keep aside

  2. 2

    Now add oil and temper nigella seeds and green chillies

  3. 3

    Add chopped veggies and saute for a while

  4. 4

    Add salt and turmeric powder and cover

  5. 5

    As it is soft add the fried spring onions and mix well

  6. 6

    Add sugar and mix well
