  2. 2onion
  3. 8 piecegarlic
  4. 500 gmbathuya
  5. 1/2 tspjeera
  6. 2green capsicum
  7. 2 tspmustard oil

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly wash the bathuya and separate soft leaves and wash the palak then chopped the both

    Boil the finely chopped in water up to 15 to 20 minute

    Then Extract the water from bathya palak then take oil in pan mix with jeera onion green mirch heeng and mix the masala up to brownish colour then mix bathuya palak in this
