Ingredients

1 bowl
  1. 1 tbspbesan
  2. 1 tspmethi leaves
  3. 1/6 tspsalt
  4. 1 pinchturmeric powder
  5. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1tspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all the ingredients and with the help of water knead a smooth dough and keep it in fridge for 1 hr

  2. 2

    Boil water in a pan and put the cylinders made with dough

  3. 3

    Remove when done and cut into roundels when cool

  4. 4

    Prepare a gravy of your choice and put gatte into it

  5. 5

    Enjoy with rice or chapati
