Steps

Take a pressure cooker add water,washed daal,salt,turmeric and red chilli then cook dal in 20 minutes at slow heat.

After 20 minutes take a pan add oil then oil heat add garlic saute then add onion and ginger saute add tomato puree mix.

Then daal mix in masala.

Kala masoor daal is ready to eat.
