Bathua Tandoori Roti

Clean and wash bathua leaves properly. Make a paste of leaves and green chillies in a mixer. Add salt. Take a bowl. Add wheat flour. Add bathua paste. Knead a soft dough. Add water if required. Keep aside for 10 mins.

Knead again. Take some dough. Make a ball. Roll it a bit thick. Sprinkle sesame seeds. Press them with hands. Apply water on other side.

Take an iron griddle. Heat. Now put water on the side of the griddle. Cook for a minute. Flip griddle and cook other side on open flame directly. Take out. Apply ghee. Done.
