Steps

Put the soaked sabudana into the seive to separate the water.

Peel the boiled potatoes and mash gently. Mix sabudana with potatoes add black pepper and chopped coriander leaves and chillies.Add salt to taste.Mix well.

Apply a few drops of oil on the hand & make tikki with the mixture.

Heat a frying pan on medium flame

Put 2-4 tikki at a time and fry untill they turn light brown.

Serve hot with chaat masala or serve it with curd and saunth(sweet chutney).
