Ingredients

  • 3 cupsflour
  • 3 tbspmargarine
  • 1 1/2cinnamon powder
  • 3 tspbaking powder
  • Cooking oil
  • 1 1/4 cupcoconut milk

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix flour,margarine, cinnamon and baking powder and mix well

  2. 2

    Add in your coconut milk and knead till soft

  3. 3

    Wait for 30 mins

  4. 4

    Spread the dough and cut to your desired shapes

  5. 5

    Deep fry your mandazi

  6. 6

    Serve with your favorite drink
