Steps

Put the chicken wings in an oven for about 10mins. Remove them from the oven to cool

Heat the oil in a cooking pan for one minute before adding the onions

Add the onions and garlic to the oil and cook them till brown. Add the finely chopped chillies if desired

Add the cooled chicken wings to the browned onions and garlic and keep stirring. Turn them upside down till both sides are brown

Add salt to taste

Add the soy sauce and the honey to sweeten the chicken wings. Keep stirring for about 10 mins till ready

Serve hot on a plate and sprinkle the coriander leaves to garnish

Can be served accompanied with French fries, potato wedges or any other starch as desired
