Ingredients

  1. 2 cupCurd
  2. 1/2 cupBoondi
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. as neededOil
  5. 1 teaspoonCumin seeds
  6. to tasteRed chilli powder
  7. as neededWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Take curd in a bowl and mix it well

  2. 2

    Soak boondi in warm water for 5-10 minutes

  3. 3

    Now take off and rinse booni....And mix in curd

  4. 4

    Heat oil in a ladle....Add cumin seeds......Condiment........In rayta...

  5. 5

    Now add salt and red chiili powder.... according to taste

  6. 6

    Rayta is ready.....
