Ingredients

  • 2 cupsrice
  • 4 cupswater
  • Coconut milk constituted Coco powder with water
  • Food colours
  • Cooking oil
  • Salt for tasting

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the water, add salt, oil and coconut milk

  2. 2

    When water is ready wash the rice and add it into boiling water

  3. 3

    Let it simmer under low heat

  4. 4

    When almost ready add drops of food color in patches. Let it stay n mix the rice

  5. 5

    Serve with stew of choice
