Mix Maida suji and oil to form a smooth dough.In the mixture grinder add matar and chilli and grind it to smooth paste.Take a heavy pan and heat it on medium flame add 2 tablespoon oil then add the matar paste stir continuously now add salt, garam masala and cool the mixture.Cut all dough into small portion and roll like Puri now add filling and seal the edge.now drop the kachori into the oil and fry till golden colour.serve hot.
