Cheesecake for dummies

My auntie is a great cook with a huge Instagram following. Lately, she has been on a mission to get more dummies like me to get involved with home cooking. This is a super, simple recipe to make a lovely (even if I’m the one saying it) cheesecake. Give it a go and you won’t be disappointed.
