  2. 1/2 Cupwhite flour
  3. Pinchsalt
  4. Pinchyellow or orange food color

    Peel, wash and cut the banana fruits into two pieces

    A picture of step 1 of Fried Banana Fruit.

    Mix the flour, salt and food color to make a paste

  3. 3

    Deep the bananas in the paste and deep fry

  4. 4

    Remove from fire when they turn brown. Best served for breakfast !
