Pinacry cake
A cake with sugar crystals. Ooohlalaaa
Steps

Preheat oven to 350°F. Melt butter or margarine then pour it over a lined baking tin

Sprinkle the brown sugar and put that aside.

Beat the remaining margarine with the granulated sugar to a soft white.

Add beaten eggs,oil,pineapple juice,salt and vanilla essence. Mix well then add in the sieved/aerated flour and baking powder.

Pour that butter over the brown sugar and bake for 30 mins or until it gets well baked. Insert a knife and when it comes out clean then it's well-baked.

Allow it to cool for a few in the tin then turn over a cooling rack. When pulled out,the base has aaaaaamazing sugar crystals. Enjoy.
