Gauva Pineapple ki sabji

Soak cashews and almonds in hot water. After half an hour, peel the almonds, and take cashews, almonds and muskmelon seeds, make a paste.

Steam the Gauva, scoop it and keep aside. Grate Paneer. Take Paneer, add red chilli powder, chopped cashews and salt. This is the filling for guava.

Make pineapple pulp. Make gauva pulp too after removing the seeds. Take the scooped gauva and add the filling.

Heat butter, add cardamom powder, cashews paste. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, dhaniya jeera powder, salt and garam masala.

Then add little water and bring to a boil. Off the flame, add the pulps. Add the kasuri methi powder. Keep it on the off gas for 5 mins.

Then remove in serving dish and garnish with coriander leaves and baby tomatoes and cream.
