Egg Fried Rice
Steps

Add oil in a kadai followed by chopped garlic and onion, saute for seconds on high flame.

Add chopped carrot and cook on high flame

Now add coloured bell peppers,green chilli,black pepper,soya sauce,vinegar salt and cook for seconds.

Break eggs add salt and black pepper powder.In the corner of kadai add egg mixture and make a omelette.

Cook well and cut into pieces.

Now mix everything like egg pieces and vegetables.

Add spring onion and saute for a second.Add rice and mix well.

Take out in a serving bowl garnish with egg pieces and chopped spring onion.Serve hot with Manchurian of your choice.
