1. Season the fish thoroughly and grill. 2. Pour a milk cup of the cassava flakes (garri) in a bowl. 3. Add water to it. 4. Sieve to remove dirts. 5. Add salt and water to make it swell and soft. 6. Eat with the hot grilled fish.
