Lemon Potatoes wedges
An easy snack.
Steps

Slice the potatoes with a crinker potato slicer to get the waves gloves.

Mix, flour, salt, lemon juice and peel, turmeric, Salt, cumin, chopped dhania with 1/2 cup water. Mix into a medium thick batter.

Dip your potato wedges in the batter and mix well to ensure all is covered.

Heat the oil, but don't smoke it, fry the potatoes wedges until crispy, don't over brown.

Serve with sauce or dip of choice.
