Ingredients

  • 1/2 bottlegourd sliced
  • 1 handfullentil dumplings
  • 1 tspnigella seeds
  • 1 tspgreen chilli paste
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 handfulcoriander leaves chopped
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper nigella seeds and green chillies

  2. 2

    Now add dumplings and fry well

  3. 3

    Add bottle gourd sliced and saute well

  4. 4

    Add salt and turmeric powder and cover till it is soft

  5. 5

    Add sugar and mix well

  6. 6

    Finally garnish it with coriander leaves and serve
