Ingredients

  • 8-10chicken lollipops
  • For marination
  • 2 tbspdark soya sauce
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 2 tbspcorn flour
  • Salt as per taste
  • For covering
  • 2 tbspcorn flour
  • 2 tbspmaida
  • 2 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsplime juice
  • 2 tbspchilli powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • Water as required
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the lollipops and pat dry

  2. 2

    In a big bowl add the lollipops and all the marination ingredients

  3. 3

    Marinate for 2 hours

  4. 4

    Mix all the ingredients of the covering & make batter with adding water

  5. 5

    Batter should not be thick

  6. 6

    Dip the lollipops in batter one by one and deep fry on medium flame
