Mango is in season here guys and we are so lucky because we are blessed with so many kinds of mango. There is one that smells like heaven, one that the pit is so thin, one that is so sweet and many more.
So while in season let's enjoy it as much as we could. This is so delicious, the sweetness from the choco pudding matches well the tangy sour taste from the sauce.

For the pudding: add in the agar powder, sugar and milk into a pan. Stir then put on a medium heat until well combine.

Then put in the egg yolk on a separate bowl, add in the pudding mixture. Mix until well combined.

Then add in the melted dark chocolate. Mix again. Turn off the heat. Put on your favourite mold. Put in the fridge after there is no more steam.

For the sauce: put the mango cubes, sugar and lemon juice in a blender. Blend.

Put in a pan. Heat over a medium heat. Mix thoroughly. Put the maizena in a bowl the andd a bit of the sauce mixture. Mix then add back to the pan. Mix again until thickens. Turn off the heat.

Serve the pudding with the sauce of some mango cubes if desired
