Steps

Boil the rohu fish with salt and turmeric.

Pick out the bones of the rohu fish properly & keep aside.

Boil potatoes & soya chunks accordingly. Smash all boiled items to make a rough paste, it won't be a smooth paste.

Heat oil in a pan.

Fry the onions, cook it for few minutes to tender the onions.

Add turmeric & kashmiri mirch powder.

Add ginger garlic paste in it & stir continuously.

Add chopped tomatoes.

When you will get nice aroma of onion, ginger garlic paste, add cumin, coriander & garam masala powder in it.

Cook in low flame for few minutes.

Add smashed fish, soya keema & boiled potatoes in it.

Give it a good mix.

When the mixture will be dry, add salt,.

Turn off the heat.

Let it cool down.

Make small flattened oval shaped balls from the dough.

Make a batter by using flour and cornflower. Coat the balls in it.

Wrap the balls in bread crumbs.

Deep fry the balls.

Serve with tomato sauce.
