Finely chop all the veggies in a chopper

Mix besan,suji and rice flour to the chopped veggies.Add all the spices.

Make a thick batter adding little water

Deep fry the pakodis /bhajiyas according to your choice of size. Golden brown until crisp.

Serve hot with any dip or sauce of your choice. Green spicy coriander chutney goes very well with Bhajiyas/pakodas.
