  • 1 table spoongarlic ginger paste
  • Salt
  • 2tomato
  • 1 table spoontomato paste
  • 1carrots
  • 1/4 cuptamarind sauce

    In a sufuria add onions and fry until they turn golden brown

    Add water, cook untill potatoes are well cooked. Add tamarind sauce
