Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupsooji
  2. 3 tbspbesan
  3. to tastesugar
  4. 1/2 tspyellow food colour
  5. 1-2green cardamom
  6. 3-4kaju
  7. 3-4badam
  8. 2-3pista
  9. 1/2 cupmilk
  10. 1/2 cupghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Roast the sooji and besan.

  2. 2

    Add sugar,food colour,green cardamom,milk and water in roasted sooji -besan.

  3. 3

    Cook untill halwa consistency.

  4. 4

    Garnish with dry fruits.
