Ingredients

3 cupsflour
2tbspns butter
1 cupmilk
2tbspns sugar or to your taste
1egg
2 1/4tspn yeast
1/2 tspsalt

Steps

Melt the butter, in a bowl add in the melted butter,milk,sugar,salt,yeast,egg,and whisk.let it sit for 5mins.

Add in the flour and knead to make a dough
3

Knead for some mins and allow to rise till doubled in size.
4

Cut the doughnuts using a cutter and fry in hot oil at medium heat.
