Parboiled the indomie, drain the water and set aside. Break eggs in a bowl, add salt, Whisk the egg and set aside

Fry the blended tomatoes, Pepper and onions, add the seasoning. Pour in the indomie and stir. Gradually pour in the whisked egg, stirring to afford burning. Keep stirring till all the eggs are cooked/fried. Take off fire and serve hot
