Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgRice
  • 4 cupswater
  • Salt
  • 1capsicum
  • 2carrots

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the water

  2. 2

    Add salt and some cooking oil

  3. 3

    When it bubbles,add the Rice and cover

  4. 4

    When the Rice is almost dry, add the chopped ingredient.

  5. 5

    Stir and steam on low heat for 10mins

  6. 6

    Serve hot with your favorite stew.
