Break your eggs, add your well diced onion and bell peppers,salt and Maggi and whisk together

Set a pan on fire (non stick preferably) add just little oil. Gradually pour your egg mixture bit by bit and roll with your hand and frying spoon till you've finally rolled out the egg.

Set on a chop board and cut with your knife. Your rolled omelette is ready

Fry your plantain till it's golden brown.

Serve with a cup of tea,bread and a glass of cranberry juice or any juice of your choice
